Making ceramics in Joanne's intimate garden studio was something that will stay with me forever. Joanne is so enthusiastic, you cant help but have an amazing experience. Everything is relaxed and you can learn as much as you are interested in, whether it's just for the sheer thrill of using the potter's wheel, holding on to that clay while it spins around and becomes something you never thought you could make, or learning about the different types of clay, methods and tools that makes you really appreciate anything made by hand from that point onwards. Joanne's knowledge and patience is without limit, so believe me when I say you need zero skills! The bowls we created were better than I could have imagined and I will treasure them forever.
